Based upon your selection we will purchase shipping insurance on the return shipment of your order. If no shipping insurance is purchased the default insurance, if any, shall apply.

Please note that shipping insurance is provided through Shipsurance. MTO is in no way guaranteeing or accepting liability for your package while in transit. By purchasing this, MTO will purchase the requested quantity of insurance through Shipsurance on your behalf at the time of shipment from our facility.

Great service!

MTO Battery restored my old Quantum Turbo 2x2 in record time - I, unfortunately, supplied them with the wrong charger so they had an issue resolving why it wouldn't 'recharge' - but that was on my end. They were quick to handle my situation and got it shipped promptly - just in time for my shoot. Will definitely use their services again!

Amazing service and attention!

My review does not focus on the insurance, but in the whole process with MTO Batteries, had 2 Coolest Batteries that would not recharge anymore. Shipped them over and in 10 days time, I had already replies from them with the status. They were kind enough to reimburse the cost of the repair of one battery that could not be repaired - and even processed it in their recycle bin! And the second battery came back properly, tagged with the work they did, and works amazingly! Totally recommend
