5 Stars all the way. Price was reasonable to rebuild an Exos9 battery. There was some initial shipping confusion, but the very sweet receptionist explained that there have been some confusion with USPS attempting to deliver to a different address. The battery was returned, very timely and works perfectly. Definitely a useful and worthwhile service.

This is my 4th battery rebuild from MTO, and everything works again as expected. It would be nice to know the exact cells make/model used in the rebuild service, if possible.

Used this service as an alternative to purchasing new. Very straightforward process, however, total cost savings was less than expected due to shipping cost. Couldn’t understand why UPS return cost were much less than the cost of sending the battery in for repair. I will use this service again.

I am so glad a service like this exists. I found a vintage, like new, Craftsman portable drill with 2 dead batteries and decided to restore it. I've been using the drill now for a couple of weeks. The batteries are going strong.
