Excellent service, these folks have clear and concise instructions on how to send the item, acknowledgement of their receiving it, time line for repair and prompt notification when the service has been completed and battery shipped back. A pleasant surprise in these times of impersonal automated everything.

I'm almost certain my rebuilt batteries have more power than they did new; but then I might have had weak batteries for so long that I simply did not realize how weak they'd gotten.

This was my second rebuild for the battery on my ancient Standard Horizon handheld marine radio. Once again the process went smoothly with excellent results. It does take a while but that is clear up front. The folks at MTO are very good at what they do.
