I sent in my velux solar battery pack. The wrapping was cracked and the batteries were dead. I wasn't sure about this whole process, but they stayed in touch through out the entire process and they sent me back what I thought was a brand new perfect product. It looked and worked perfectly. No anxiety once the emails started to flow.

The repair service was very good. I had an older battery that needed some extra work to make function properly. The repair came in at the price quoted and a brief explanation of the work performed was provided. I have used the battery several times since has been repaired and I can not tell if there is a difference in performance from when it was new.

MTO saved me $3,000 not having to buy new up graded grease guns because Alemite no longer makes replacement batteries, turn around was faster than I was expecting and only issue was with me and their site scheduling shipment but one email and I was educated. I definatly plan on using their services again and it was sure easier than trying to recell packs myself

My expectations were definitely met and then some. I can not express to you the joy I felt after receiving the rebuilt battery. I highly recommend this service and will use again and again as necessary. I can now take my Aiwa Exos 9 to the beach again!! Thank you again!!!
