The battery came with an EGO mower bought new 8 years ago. It's had lots of use found MTO battery repair service and gave it a try. They simply replace the cells and return your battery . You pay upfront and for shipping. If on inspection thr circuit board is bad they trash the battery and refund your money. Simple and straightforward as to how they work. A cost savings for me . The 7.5ah battery new is 399 + tax their service cost me 240 plus cost to ship them the item . They covered the return shipping cost.il pleased with the result and the savings. Thank you .

This is the second battery I have had to repair. The Worx brand dose not sell 24V battery's anymore and I didn't want to replace all my yard tools to accomidate a diffrent voltage battery. The cost was 1/2 the cost of new.

I previously had MTO rebuild some DeWalt 14.4 volt batteries for me. Now I had the remaining batteries done. The first batch I had done are still performing flawlessly after several years. I highly recommend MTO. I will have many more years of service from my tools. New batteries are not available any longer.

I had 4 cores that needed to be rebuilt. When discussing terms, it was mentioned that I was only a few dollars short of getting free return shipping. I asked if there was a rebuilds available for sale to purchase. There was, so I got five batteries back with free shipping. They work great

I opened the battery before sending it off to MTO Battery. Very complicated battery configuration. I took the battery to Batteries Plus to have them rebuild the battery and they turned me down saying it was to difficult.

I sent the battery to MTO Battery and got it back in just under 2 weeks. The battery sent back to me was doubled boxed and properly packed.

I opened the battery again after getting it back from MTO Battery. The work was clean and professional. I couldn't be happier!

Had my 2.5Ah battery serviced recently. Will use them again when my 7.5Ah battery needs servicing.

In researching how to replace the dead battery for my Aiwa EXOS 9 boombox, I found that the manufacturer no longer sold new batteries. Through online posts from other users in a similar situation, I was delighted to hear about MTO Battery services. Their website clearly explained all the steps and details regarding the battery rebuild process. It really was a breeze! The overall process to ship my battery and receive it back was a little over two weeks but obviously Lithium batteries must be shipped via ground transportation and depending on where you live, it could be more or less time. The cost was very reasonable and they even offered a much higher capacity battery for a slight price increase. Their customer service was also on point. I had sent one email question and it was immediately replied to. I highly recommend their services and will be using them again in the future!
