Once we sent the batteries in for rebuilding, we were notified when the batteries had been received and when they were being shipped back to us. Their instructions helped make the process very smooth.
The service was performed as advertised even though they did not have my model and battery listed. They repaired what I sent them and it worked when I got it back. Longevity? Who knows.
Battery rebuild by MTO was exactly as advertised. So far I am extremely impressed with the quality and customer service. Will definitely be a return customer!!!!!

The battery came with an EGO mower bought new 8 years ago. It's had lots of use found MTO battery repair service and gave it a try. They simply replace the cells and return your battery . You pay upfront and for shipping. If on inspection thr circuit board is bad they trash the battery and refund your money. Simple and straightforward as to how they work. A cost savings for me . The 7.5ah battery new is 399 + tax their service cost me 240 plus cost to ship them the item . They covered the return shipping cost.il pleased with the result and the savings. Thank you .
This is the second battery I have had to repair. The Worx brand dose not sell 24V battery's anymore and I didn't want to replace all my yard tools to accomidate a diffrent voltage battery. The cost was 1/2 the cost of new.
I previously had MTO rebuild some DeWalt 14.4 volt batteries for me. Now I had the remaining batteries done. The first batch I had done are still performing flawlessly after several years. I highly recommend MTO. I will have many more years of service from my tools. New batteries are not available any longer.
