Even before I sent the battery, I had to call them with some questions. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. When I received the rebuilt battery, it was packaged so carefully that it must have taken an hour to do so.
I will be back because MTO really stands out for their effort and attention to detail.

The service was simple, fast and cost effective. I had two batteries rebuilt and returned in less than two weeks from initial mailings. And, the cost was a whole lot more reasonable than having to buy new solar shades from Velux because the batteries were no longer available anywhere

I sent my 9.6 volt battery to MTO to be rebuilt. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with MTO again!

i shipped my old Velux skylight batteries to MTO for the rebuild service. The process went smoothly and took about 2weeks for when I shipped them to when I received the newly rebuilt batteries. I can’t speak of to longevity quite yet but the skylights are working properly now. I’m pleased with the service of MTO and would use them again
