We sent in a single battery repair of many. MTO Battery Repair is consistently performing great work and professional!
The return box was just a little larger than the internal boxing for the battery. The shipping department took the time to add another sheet of padding between the two boxes for added protection.
Their shipping technique is better than the big store companies.

I appreciated the enclosed guide recommending letting the battery cool down prior to charging, as well as taking the battery off the charger after charging. I hadn't been doing those things, which might've contributed to my original batteries' shortened life spans.

Long out of print battery rebuilt to better than original spec for an affordable price. Ground shipping tracking was accurate, turn time was good. If I find myself needing to revive a completely dead ten-year-old battery again I will use MTO with confidence.

I had 4 batteries rebuilt. These batteries are no longer made. I am so very thankful that I could get them rebuilt. They were rebuilt quickly and work like new.

I sent two 5.0Ah and one 2.5Ah EGO batteries that were at the end of their lifecycle. After a couple of weeks, I received the batteries from MTO. They were well packaged and even included instructions on how to better preserve my batteries (let them cool before charging). The batteries work like new, and may even get me a little farther mowing my yard on a charge than the original cells. I saved a lot of money rebuilding instead of buying new. I'll definitely be using MTO in the future, the next time I need a rebuild.

The snap-on tools batteries are very pricey! MTO rebuit them like new at fraction of cost. I am very pleased with the service.

They cost more than the knock offs, but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend their service if you have bad batteries. Don't waste money on cheap knock offs only to throw them away in 6 months. This company will give you good as new life at half the cost of new. Turn around time is very fast, and staff is great if you have any questions.
