We take great pride in our work and do our very best to verify that everything is done correctly. It is possible for us to make a mistake or for your product to become damaged during shipping. If this or something similar happens there could be the possibility that your battery will not function when received. In the event this happens check our warranty section for instructions on how to proceed.

Transactions processed on this website will be charged to you credit card immediately. This is our standard business practice and is necessary for us to allocate time and materials for your incoming orders. If you do not wish to have your card charged immediately please do not process your order VIA the web and call us for manual order processing.

As the customer you agree not to charge your batteries unattended as this is dangerous and could potentially cause extensive damages. You understand that overcharging or unattended charging could cause a fire if there is a defect with the battery and/or the charger. Our rebuild services provide most batteries with the same or more power when they are rebuilt. It is understood that you should exercise caution when using your new battery until you become accustomed to the new level of power it has. Some of our batteries have the ability to output in excess of 100 Amps when shorted. You should never touch the positive and negative terminals together on any battery pack. 

By proceeding with this transaction you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of service and that you completely agree to them. By submitting an order you agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless MTO Battery / Battery Builders, it's officers, and it's employees from any damages including but not limited to material, physical and emotional damages arising from the use/misuse of our products/services. MTO Battery / Battery Builders total liability shall not exceed the dollar amount paid by the customer for that transaction.
