Max Charge Rate For Our NiCad cells is 3A (3000mAh). Our NiMH cells charge at rates up to 5A (5000mAh). Exceeding this charge rate will void warranty and ruin the battery pack. The charge rate can be found on the bottom of your charger and should be labeled as output. All batteries should be charged at least once a month to maintain their condition. Failure to do so may result in premature failure.

All packages are shipped with the standard insurance amount of $100. If you require additional insurance or special handling either visit our shipping section or call us at 717-252-1158 for assistance in placing your order.

We do not rebuild the following battery types: Lithium, Univolt, VersaPak, B&D 98003, Skil SB18A, Panasonic 3.6V, Makstar, and Makita Stick batteries. Some of these batteries can be purchased from us as new. Please inquire by emailing us.
