When shipping to us please included a copy of our shipping form and ship to the address below. Please be sure to package yuour batteries well when shipping and we request that you do not ship them fully charged.

When we ship to you we generally use FedEx. All packages are shipped with the standard $100 of insurance. Additional insurance can be added to your order if you request VIA email. Package tracking information is emailed to you when we ship your package to you. If you did not receive tracking information and you believe you should have we encourage you to check your junk email folders. Please be advised Yahoo, Hotmail, Earthlink, and a few other ISP's sometimes block FedEx and our automated messages.

When shipping your batteries to us please do not disassemble your case or remove the old battery(s). Doing so may cause us to require additional money to rebuild the battery or possibly refuse to rebuild the battery(s). We disassemble and remove the battery internals in such a way that it makes reassembly easier.
