When shipping to us please included a copy of our shipping form and ship to the address below. Please note if you are using any shipper other than UPS signature confirmation will not be available. For safety reasons our facility is inaccessible to the public and only UPS can access the building to obtain a signature. FED-EX, DHL, and USPS will not be able to obtain it and the package may be returned to you depending upon the shippers policies.

When we ship to you we use UPS. Package tracking information is emailed to you when we ship your package to you. If you did not receive tracking information and you believe you should have we encourage you to check your junk email folders. Please be advised Yahoo, Hotmail, Earthlink, and a few other ISP's sometimes block UPS and our automated messages.

When shipping your batteries to us please do not disassemble your case or remove the old battery(s). Doing so may cause us to require additional money to rebuild the battery or possibly refuse to rebuild the battery(s). We disassemble and remove the battery internals in such a way that it makes reassembly easier.
