Great and Quick service for a very good price

I thought I was at the end of the road with my Aiwa Exos9. It is a discontinued product so a replacement battery is not available. This is my second replacement and will continue to do business with MTO!!!

MTO rebuilt my 20 year old battery and it functions like new! New replacement batteries are no longer sold by Festool and I love my expensive drill + attachments so it is great to have a company like MTO that can keep them running for many years to come. They replied to all my inquires and even added this battery model to their website with an hour of my request to do so. My KitchenAid Immersion blender is now back in business. Thank you so much for rebuilding this; I was very sad when I found out that KitchenAid had discontinued this battery but was very fortunate to find out about your services.

I am wondering about the charging cord that was sent back with the battery. Not sure how it can be used because it is not compatible with the original charging base that came with the blender and there isn't a port I can see on the battery itself.

To buy these batteries is very expensive if you can find them.
Craftsman is always changing their battery tools and batteries.
If you can find a replacement battery, they are really expensive, and mostly made in China!
For what it cost for a China built battery, I was able to send 2- 20V craftsman batteries to MTO for rebuild, and the cost was half the cost of new ones.
The process is easy and MTO will walk you trough it.
You won't be disappointed with how easy it is.

To buy a new 40V Kobalt battery for my hedge trimmer cost more than I paid for the trimmer. My batteries wouldn't take a full charge and wouldn't last like they did new.
After searching the internet for options, I found the MTO Battery rebuilders website, and made some calls to them. The process was easy, and the cost to rebuild the battery was half the cost of a new one. I sent 2 batteries in, and within 2 weeks I had the batteries back fully charged and ready to work.
The Staff at MTO were very helpful, and walked me through the process.
After paying for the service over the phone, MTO emailed me all the proper paper work and labels, and all I had to was pack the batteries and drop the package off at UPS.

This is an awesome service to keep your older cordless tools running at a low cost compared to purchasing new batteries from tool vendors. Without MTO I would be forced to scrap older tools and buy newer overpriced replacements.

I had 2 Worx batteries that were not available anywhere. No company locally would even rebuild them. Found MTO thru an online search and gave them a try. The process is very simple, The rebuilt batteries are better than they were new. I am very satisfied and will use their service again!
